No. SMS is included in the price. You don't need a Twilio account, a phone number, or any technical setup. We handle the carriers and the compliance side. The texts come from a number that's recognizably yours (clients see your name in the message body).

You'll get a reminder email three days before it ends. If you've added a card, you'll roll into the $29/month plan automatically. If you haven't, your account pauses — your booking page goes offline, but your data stays put. Add a card any time to resume.

Yes. There's no contract, no minimum term, and no cancellation fee. Cancel from the dashboard in two taps. Your booking page goes offline at the end of the billing period and your client list is exportable.

Not directly — and that's on purpose. ChairCal is built to replace those tools, not bolt onto them. If you process payments through Square, you can keep doing that for in-chair transactions; ChairCal handles the booking and cancellation side. If you're running Vagaro, most stylists move over completely within their first month.

Every blast SMS includes opt-out language. STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, and CANCEL are honored automatically. The client is removed from your blast list within seconds and never receives another message. They can still book with you through your booking page — they just won't be in the cancellation rotation.

The first 100 stylists who sign up get $19/month for life — even if pricing goes up later. That rate is locked to your account as long as it stays active. We'll cap it at 100 because we mean it; no perpetual "founders" sale.
