See what you earned.
See what Fill recovered.
Your earnings, your services, your clients, your booking-page funnel — all in Insights. The recovered-money number shows exactly what Fill saved you. Trends show where you're heading.
Why it matters
The numbers behind "business is good."
Most stylists know if business feels good or slow. Fewer know the actual numbers — what they earned last month, how it compares to the month before, which services are carrying the load.
Insights puts those numbers in front of you. Not a wall of charts, just the ones that matter: earnings, recovered revenue, top services, client mix, and the booking-page funnel that shows whether your link is actually converting visitors into bookings.
The recovered number is the one most stylists never see anywhere else. Every cancellation that got filled instead of staying empty — that's real money that would have vanished. Seeing it adds up is the proof that Fill is working.

The number that pays for the tool.
Every time a cancellation gets filled through a Fill alert or the waitlist, that visit counts as recovered. Insights tracks it separately so you can see exactly how much money would have walked out the door.
One filled color covers a month of ChairCal. The recovered number makes that math visible.
FAQ
Questions stylists ask first.
Any appointment that fills a slot left by a cancellation. If Sarah cancels her 2pm and Maya books that 2pm through a Fill alert or the waitlist, Maya's visit counts as recovered revenue. The original price, not Maya's — it's the money you would have lost.
It's what you enter when you finish each visit — amount collected plus tip. If you don't close out a visit, it doesn't count. The more consistently you close out, the more accurate your trends.
